At ASKJ Preparations, we are committed to providing professional document preparation services for individuals seeking assistance with federal student loan programs and related documentation.
Clients may cancel their service agreement within three (3) calendar days of enrollment and receive a full refund of all fees paid. No explanation or additional requirements are necessary to qualify for this refund.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team within the three-day period using the contact information provided on our website.
Our team reviews all documentation prior to submission and works with clients to address any deficiencies identified during the application process.
If an application is rejected by the Department of Education due to incomplete, inaccurate, or correctable information, we will work with the client to make the necessary corrections and resubmit the application at no additional charge, provided the client remains eligible for the program and cooperates in providing requested information.
If the Department of Education issues a final denial of the submitted application and the client is not eligible for the requested program, the client may request a full refund of fees paid for document preparation services.
Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receiving notice of the final denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, although actual posting times may vary depending on your financial institution.
